Cibolo Smokehouse & Saloon, Inc. opened its doors with the completion of our new arena. Bill Fish and Debbie Barnett, administrators on the education field and accomplished “camp cooks” partnered with Trey on this venture and offer up good homemade meals and ice cold beverages at al the events on the premises. Katy Barnett and Hampton Pratka soon joined the partnership and Hampton’s award winning "grilling" has become an overnight success and made him a sort of "celebrity" with our clientele.

The "Smokehouse" can be booked to cater events, birthday parties, weddings, family reunions and other gatherings at the facilities.
